Logic
On a Renko chart, price keeps alternating: an impulse, then an area where it rotates, then a new impulse. These rotation areas leave levels the market often comes back to. Drawing them by hand, with a volume profile for each one, takes time every session.
NUMEX Balance Profile does it for you. It finds every balance, builds its volume profile from real trades, and extends its POC, VAH and VAL to the right. Each level keeps its state: untested until price returns, tested with the number of touches, then broken. A broken zone stays visible, faded, during the pullbacks, then clears itself to keep the chart readable.
Prefer your own zones? Draw a rectangle with the NinjaTrader tool: it becomes a balance, with its profile and levels, and updates if you move it. An optional reversal signal on the edge of the zone is also available; it is meant for observation and has not been validated as a trading method.
The tool gives you a map of value areas and their state. It does not tell you whether price will bounce or break through: it is a reading aid, to combine with your own analysis.

Parameters
- Detection: at least 4 legs, balance height from 20 to 50 points, exit beyond 10 points or 30% of the height
- Minimum balance volume: 400,000 contracts; major balance from 1,500,000
- Value Area: 70% of volume; balances whose Value Area exceeds 25 points are skipped
- Break: a close beyond the level by 30% of the box height (at least 2 ticks)
- 2 pullbacks tracked after a break, then the zone disappears (or stays faded, your choice)
- Drawn rectangles used as manual balances (on by default)
- Data: ticks (precise) or 1-minute bars (fast); built for Renko charts
